Most of the staff was rude didn't speak when we would walk by the desk the elevator was broken had to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs.

La ubicación muy buena a la zona más turística, se podía caminar de ahí a la española way, lincoln road, el faro para ver el atardecer, ocean drive y la playa… cerca de muchos restaurantes

The elevator was out of service and there was nothing really accommodating for customers that have trouble walking to supplement for the inoperable elevator, especially if you’re on the top floor with luggage. Everything else was fine
