Hi there I really enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The baths were very nice and clean aswell. The Service at Reception for the Hotel was great. My partner enjoyed the Spa.

Very concerned about the upkeeping of the restaurant in the hotel , the service we received wasnโ€™t great at all. No drinks menus and the staff having little to no idea what drinks they service. Waiting for service an checking up on drinks and happiness was very okay. Iv experienced way better in previous visits. Luckily the foo was still good.

As a Tsogo sun hotel this needs a major upgrade; the carpets are so dirty and stained and it feels grimy. It just needs an upgrade to compete with similar offerings.
