small room, no window? asking for a room with window, they said you have to pay much extra. some of reception staff were very roude and not cooperative especially a girl called mia # 0066. the rest of staff were o.k.

飯店位置便利，就在天河公園旁。 櫃台服務員不是很專業，甚至找不到我的訂房記錄。還沒聽過hotel.com!!我以為被騙！ 我訂三人房，房間裡面只準備兩人用品也沒加床！ 還硬要多收加床費！這些應該在我網路訂票都付清。 早餐普通，沒有特別好吃，菜式少。 退房時候還硬說杯子有裂痕&湯匙少一個為由要扣押金。實際上飯店並沒有給我們齊全的用品。 衛生方面普通。 雖然地區不錯，但服務很糟！

Hotel was very clean, lots of hot water, I did not have a window though in my entry level room which did not help with jet lag (12hr time difference for me). Nice pillows, super hard bed. No back on the desk chair (it was a stool) so bring a long ethernet cable so you can sit on the comfy chair. I'd stay again for sure, real close to Pazhou complex as well as walking distance to a convenience store, KFC, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and lots of local eateries.
