Because it is made up of older renovated townhouses some of the rooms require climbing steep stairs though the facility has very sturdy railings

We wish they’d had real brewed, sustainably sourced coffee at the breakfast buffet. The K-cups in the room are ok, but not what we’d prefer for our sit down meal.
