The hotel itself is nice. Even though we do not speak Chinese the staff was very helpful and tried their best to attend to our needs. The room service menu is very limited.

The coolant Amonia was leakaged from the frige. it's dangerous

Second time I’ve been here now. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but inside it’s like an ageing ‘China’ hotel. The interior is way beyond its best and is very dated. English isn’t widely spoken either with only a few staff members understanding or able to communicate. As a hotel for a nights stay, yeah it’s fine, but wouldn’t want to be here for a week.

전반적으로 편안한 분위기의 호텔임. 다만 가구등이 많이 낡았으며 관리가 잘 되지 않고 있다는 느낌이었음 직원들은 대체로 친절하였으나 고객응대에 대한 기본적인 교육은 다소 부족하였음. 그럼에도 주변 편의 시설등이 나쁘지 않아 출장 시 숙박으로 괜찮다고 생각됨

전체적으로 중간이상의 좋은 호텔이다. 그러나 호텔 바로 뒤편에서 공사장 소음이 심각하다. 또 이곳에 출장이 있다면 머무를 것이다.

整体来说，房间是舒适整洁。酒店中餐水準不錯。洒店女職員還會在我們退房後協助叫計程車，態度親切，还替我們開車門。

Fabulous, quiet, quality, luxurious, amazing staff couldn’t be better.
