Hotel stuff goes the extra mile all the time - very professional

兩人住的房間，只提供一人早餐，太不合理了！一定要改善！！我也見到有在進食早餐的客人向職員表示不滿。 餐廳的楼頂也比較殘舊，也有部份發霉，要裝修一下了。 大致上環境不錯，酒店大堂也佈置得非常華麗。

Construction across street in Plaza to build new shopping center & Subway station is constant 24 hours of NOISE. The Buffet was minimal at best and the service was limited. The rooms had a MOLD smell and the Hallways were OVER perfumed to cover up these smells. Price was not discounted for the Noise and construction. I would not go BACK or REFER this Hotel to ANYONE.... Its suppose to be 4 star, i give it 2.

오래된 호텔이고, 주변에 공사를 하는 것인지, 소음이 계속 있었어요.

台風直撃に広州滞在となりましたが、備え付けの傘もお借り出来てとても助かりました。このホテルは部屋も広く、リゾートっぽい綺麗な作りの割に料金もリーズナブルでとても良いです。 海外からのビジネス、旅行客にとって番禺付近はタクシーが少なく足だけが唯一の難点ですが、駅もすぐでバス停も目の前なのでその点も良いです。 朝のブッフェもそこそこ種類もあり美味しいです。

整體設施不錯，但housekeeping 員工的服務欠佳。

Wow this hotel is broken in so many ways. Avoid if you can! Next door is a building site The pool is rubbish The gym is rubbish The room service is rubbish Check in and check out is a rubbish user experience

Das Hotel erfüllt Europäische Ansprüche an ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen - aber trotzdem noch schön. Wie bei vielen chinesischen Hotels ist auch hier die Klimaanlage ein wenig schwach. Die muss man einfach 24 Stunden laufen lassen - dann passt das. Das Hotel-Restaurant mit Buffet ist für Gäste die nicht unbedingt chinesisch essen möchten sehr gut. Wer mit der U-Bahn fahren möchte - findet hier eine perfekte Anbindung an das U-Bahn-Netz.
