The swimming pool waterfall is so noisy that the windows have to be closed.

The beach is across from the resort. However, they were undergoing construction when we went.

Did not communicate with us that they were going to close reception early since it was Easter weekend. So when we arrived to check in we couldn’t get in. There is a number to call to get direction to check in but most people who travel internationally can’t call unless connected to WiFi, which we couldn’t do. Most places will reach out before to give you directions to check in when reception closes. Cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen. We kept killing them and they kept on respawning. We planned on cooking our meals rather than eating out and couldn’t do that cause the instant we started cooking they would come out. There were cockroach poop in kitchen corners. We said something multiple times to the front desk and they couldn’t move us to another room. Only offered to clean but that didn’t get rid of the bugs. They said there were multiple people that weekend that complained of the cockroaches.

The finer details. Lots of dust in the vents, dirty pans in the kitchen and bare bones soap. No hand soap at all in kitchen or bathrooms anywhere.

Room was nice and cozy

Our view of the beach was tiny and was overtaken by the rooves of shops. Didn't like that we were directly over a restaurant that liked to make a heap of noise.

It was close to beach and shops

I didn't like the bed, and room needs a bed clock and the TV in a bad spot (can't watch TV in bed) and side bed draw kept opening so yes bang my knee getting out of bed my guess floor was uneven. Spa was great and plenty of hot water
