As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa

Our recent stay In the Hilton Vilamoura totaaly exceeded our expectations. From check-in to leaving we met the most professional,committed staff. Special thanks to Teresa who organised bubbly , port & cake for my husband's birthday dinner. Viktoria & Sara for being so good with the smallies. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for 5 star experience in Vilamoura. Thanks to all

This is a four stars hotel, not five. You need to walk to the affiliated hotel to get pool towels, ice and take the shuttle to go to the marina. The room furniture need to be upgraded. Housekeeping- they were unable to provide daily small face towels.

We found our 2 bedroom apartment to be clean and spacious. The pool was a bit busy but the larger Hilton pool always had space. The Hilton buffet breakfast was excellent and barely a 2 minute walk through the pool area.

The apartments were extremely spacious and had everything one would need. The resort itself had beautiful grounds, pools and spa all of which made the stay a really enjoyable stay. Cant wait to return!

Weren’t given check out times for the last day so when we checked out late, receptionists and cleaners thought it was a good idea to make racist remarks in Portuguese thinking we wouldn’t understand.

Excellent stay at As Cascatas. Apartments are large and comfotable and breakfast is great.

Typical well managed Hilton - hotel is just very good, staff are excellent, breakfasts super, Rubi's bar and Cilantro restaurant are just great. Cilantro is a in fact a very up mkt restaurant with perfectly cooked dishes - very impressive!! Evening entertainment in Rubi's is fun. Rooms are as one would expect. Parking is easy. Overall property upkeep is top of range. Now the negative - it's in totally the wrong location being in a "suburb" of Villamoura. You must have a car to escape. Even if its a golfers hotel its location location location! It's fine as a base to travel, golf around Algarve - think of it as that.

The Weather was good for the first week of May 28c , the facilities were excellent , the property had everything and more that you would have in your home . you could avail of the Breakfast in the Main Hotel. This was great value for money. we eat in the restaurant on one evening the food was Average not 4 star standard and some of what we asked for was wrong .the space was cold and lacked atmosphere , whilst there another table were complaining about their order , the bar food during the day was better than the restaurant and the service from the staff both in the morning and at lunch was far better Friendly and seemed more engaged. Apart from the dining experience the only other issue I had was with the Bed . its was like a rock not to my preference .i said it to the girl on reception when I was leaving because overall the stay was fantastic and I don't like to give a review without telling the Hotel . great value for Money , Private quiet , i just had to sleep on the couch .it would be 10/10 if not for the bed and the evening restaurant .

Amazing staff with the most fantastic service! Great room with all the things you need. Full kitchen, spa, perfect cleaning and a view over the golf course! I must highlight our receptionist Mr. Ansool who was especially helpful and kind when our room lock was jammed and help with Uber Eats for delivery. Pools and pool bar was amazing and not to forget the breakfast at Hilton Free hourly shuttle bus to the marina with great restaurants and nightlife... We will be back soon
