Beautiful apartments, very clean and pool and hotel grounds are fabulous! Friendly staff.

We’ve just returned from a week here and we’re really impressed. The suites are great. Loads of space in the living area and generous rooms. There’s a dishwasher and washing machine in the suites which is essential with the little ones. We hired a travel cot from reception for the week. It had a decent mattress and could be carried through a door to relocate the sleeping baby. We could have done with a high chair but to be honest I didn’t think to check if we could rent one. The indoor pool is great for swimming at this time of year. The outdoor pools aren’t heated so we stayed away from them as the kids are small and not that comfortable in water. The play ground is great. Large sand area with toys. Some climbing frames and 2 zip lines. We had planned to use the kids club but they don’t take under 4s which was disappointing for us. You have full access to the Hilton facilities and we had spa access included (that we couldn’t really use because of the kids club situation) but I went alone and it’s really beautiful. We only ate at the bar as the pool restaurant wasn’t open until we were leaving. The bar food wasn’t great. I’d would recommend going elsewhere if possible. It was hard to order anything and things were getting lost in translation. Overall this is a great place for kids and I would 100% recommend.

Amazing definitely recommend went here with myself and 4 young children. Friendly staff clean hotel throughout the whole building. Lovely apartments we literally was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels

Although the staff were friendly enough, definitely would not return. My best interpretation of this “5 star” resort is the stepchild of the Hilton. Although you can utilize the amenities and restaurants from the Hilton, it’s a little walk. I ended up checking out after 24hrs of overheated tile floors and an ant infestation in the master bathroom. Checked into the Wyndham Grand Algarve about 20 min drive away and had the most amazing stay of my life.

Fantastic apartment, very clean and very spacious.

Vanessa at front desk was informative and a pleasure. It was great to share ammenties with the hilton as they are attached. Was sad that people found our front desk to be small. Our suite was bigger than our house so you cantvhave everything. If you like small hotel rooms or prefer suites with ample space and all amenities of home. Personally we loved having space and not the hissle & bustle of a hotel. Cant wait to go back next year.

These are lovely apartments within the Hilton complex in Vilamoura. While benefiting from the hotels facilities we found the apartments more spacious and quieter than the hotel. Having their own friendly reception and parking was a bonus. Our apartment was cleaned daily and was spotless if a little tired. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.
