Homewood Suites by Hilton Fort Collins

It was nice to be able to cook a meal for 12 of us so we didn’t have to go out. Pots and pans, knives, cutting board, stove and microwave and even a strainer so we could make pasta. Great breakfast with lots of variety.

Pool had sediment of some sort in it. Portable a/c with duct tape in the window.

When arrived the staff was very unfriendly already pre paid for room and they told me I had not and they have no control what third parties (Expedia) charges. When we arrived in the room it was not cleaned very well. Hair all over the floor in the bathroom, tub had stains all in it, trash on the floor. There was no bedding for the sofa bed either.. During the night the people above us were walking back and fourth all night and you could hear them plain as day all night long. We would have left but it was non refundable. When we asked them to come clean our room the next day they just brought us cleaned towels and did not clean the room. Will not be staying here again.

Property is not owned by Hilton but has the Hilton name and is expected to live up to those standard. Overall this hotel is a very good place to stay. It’s clean, the breakfast is great as well as the Wednesday social hour. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Overall don’t expect this to be a 4 star hotel because it’s not. Everyone will have their own opinion and some maybe more picky than others. Things to note if staying here would be. The jacuzzi is out of order and according to management probably will not be back in service for another year. The trash cans as well as the dog area poop dispenser was not emptied until I mentioned it to the front dest staff. I also noticed a broken window on the property which management stated could take time to replace. Other than that, again this hotel is a very good place to stay.

The bed and pillows were very comfy. It was a little noisy. Who ever was on the floor above us was heavy footed! The location was great and the breakfast buffet was very good!

Staff was very friendly and available Breakfast was delicious and choices were better than most nice hotels with healthy choices each day

No safe in rooms. Air conditioning poor.

Great home base for our travels in the Fort Collins area. Delicious full breakfast and friendly staff made our stay very comfortable!

The staff were wonderful, the room was clean, the facilities were good, did not have breakfast but that was my choice, booking out was so easy no problems from start to finish

The property was perfect for what we needed it for, the only complaint I have is that when we got into our room, the window was broken, and there was some kind of air conditioning unit with the tube piping in the air. I wasn’t real comfortable with that.
