Great location and helpful staff. Saw a group of Ospreys hanging about outside the property early one morning.

Our bathroom was very worn out and had a funky smell coming from the broken sink and bath plugs.

The location is nice, the staff was friendly and responsive

A pleasant location, yet noticeably outdated, and even fundamental amenities—such as obtaining a simple bottle of water or a soft drink—are regrettably unavailable.

Very helpful and friendly staff and service. Room was ok and what we expected for what we paid. Access to activities and booking available at the hotel with reasonable prices. We went kayaking and then airboat riding. There’s an alligator demonstration and the gators and other animals seemed well cared for. Was surprised to see 2 tigers there. I’m interested in their history and am finding out more.

Better snack facilities on site would be good. There’s a gas station close by that we used instead however.
