AmeriVu Inn and Suites - Waconia

Good location, beds were comfortable. Room was clean except some random trail mix in one area on the floor. Fridge didn't work properly, it only worked sometimes which was disappointing since we had lunch meat/etc to keep cool for the softball tournament we were there to attend. Figured out last day that random outlets and possibly the fridge were hooked up to a light switch.

Super Average. Too bad there are no other options in Waconia.

This was just a quick overnight stay on a longer trip. It was very nice. Neat and clean.

This has to be the worst stay we ave ever had. We had to wait 15-20 minutes to check in.e was on the phone and it rang again and he answered it. It did not sound like business. There was a man waiting behind us. They never cleaned our room, apparently you have to sign up for cleanings. Never got new sheets. The breakfast was a joke. The coffee was always gone, even after asking them to make more. The eggs and whatever the other stuff was was not fit for a dog. Most of the time it was gone, the poppyseed muffins were hard and moldy, the wafffle syrup was old tasting and the container it was in was never washed, the bottom was so gummed up. Juices were so watered down. It was disgusting. I have stayed here for the past 2 years and this stay was awful, this place has gone down hill.no one was ever at the desk, when you’d call most of the time they would not answer. You advertise free newspaper every morning, never saw one the whole time we were there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It went from a five star to no stars.

At this price I was pretty disappointed that the room wasn’t ready for us to check-in at 3pm when it was supposed to be ready.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Only complaint I have is, I wish they had softer flater pillows

The room was clean, but when first entering it smelt musty in the room along with the bathroom.

It was great. We were in the area for Winstock and stayed at this same hotel last year

Felt like home. The staff was courteous and welcoming. The woodwork, bathroom, and parking lot pavement need a little work. Breakfast was more than continental, but less than full. Had eggs, toast, cerael, waffles, coffee, apples, hash browns, etc. No meat. Well, there you go.
