The staff went above and beyond to help correct a issue and made us feel so welcome The resort is in a beautifully location with an excellent restaurant and wait staff I highly recommend this resort and we will definitely be staying again

Clean, secure, comfortable. Grounds are beautiful. We saw monkeys in the tree outside our room. Right on the river and there are canoes. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, both were quite good. Property is not in a town, not really a walkable area.

Quite old and dated. A lot of wear and tear that needs addressing.

Mold everywhere, in the room mostly came from the air conditioning but overall moldy smell

Food was good quality but salty. Good range of options available including several vegetarian options. Easy access to airport. Pool setting was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were large. Temperature control was quite good. Good value for the cost of stay.

The place seemed a little dated. Plumbing seemed a bit old. Ceiling fan was squeaky. Response to my email inquiries was very slow but once I connected via WhatsApp that issue disappeared.

We needed somewhere to stay that was close to the airport for one day it was perfect and quiet. Our TV wasn’t working properly. I asked if I could get my room changed and they did.

Close to airport with a nice pool overlooking the Belize River. Staff were friendly but inattentive. Facilities could use an upgrade. Grounds around the edges of the property were rough. No assist with bags up the steep stairs and airport pickup was an hour delayed.

The staff especiqlly Edmond was amazingly friendly- knowledgeable and accommodating !!
