Great location

Coffee machine was dusty.

It was clean, just a bit more ran down then I expected.

The location was a bit scary for me because I was by myself. Close to the highway noise. I think they should update their pictures.

Nothing. The owner is a thief and rude. He prays on travelers and is known to cheat people out of their money and not providing a room. Local hotels know he does that.

I did not stay at the property. I already sent a message to booking.com about the situation. I called the property and there was no answer. When I arrived the property was closed and the owner was rude o er the phone. He finally answered but said the facility was closed and that he canceled my reservation even after I paid. I was left to find a room with my family in an unfamiliar city, traveling from Oregon back home to Lake Elsinore. Surrounding hotels know this man does this a lot and say he’s very rude. I demanded a refund but have not received a response. It was the worst experience of our trip. Why would he not open if we paid????

Bathroom was remodeled although perhaps incompletely. Bed was comfortable. Nice and quiet

On check in, I found a pair of man's undershorts behind the bathroom door. There were no towels rods or any way to hang any linens or robes in the bathroom or shower. Too few hangars The front desk insisted the best way to find our room in the maze was to go way out of the way with ways to many staircases. I found a much shorter, easier route with more direct access and far fewer stairs, and receptionist insisted his way was best. Parking was difficult.

Uncomfortable bed, loud because of cars right outside our room, surprise booking fee charged

I cut my foot in the middle of the night walking to bathroom. There was a metal strip between carpet and tile. It had several loose nails poking up. Ripped my foot wide open.
