"Utterly disgusting, disappointing and complete rip off!!!"

Nothing!

First thing, the owner was smoking outside the entrance when we arrived, so that was gross and the lobby reeked of smoke. The room smelled musty and the floors were filthy. The water pressure was horrible and half the shower didn’t allow water to come out. Two of the towels smelled so bad I almost threw up and the ice had mold!! When I complained and asked for a refund the owner told me I was stupid and walked away!!! Utterly disgusting !!
