Bed was hard and terrible sheets

The location and concept was great

Ac didn't keep room cool and the pillows felt like bed sheets rolled up. Water in shower was barely warm

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were horrible. Small, flat no cushion to them.

It was a bit run down. The floor buckled. The paint coming off the wall in places. Old dated furniture. The pillows were terrible on the bed. The walls were so thin that I was kept awake all night by the people staying next to me. Seriously, they were talking until 4am. Not the hotels fault I know but the walls are super thin.

I liked that the room had most things we needed a microwave, minifridge, hairdryer, iron and board, towels, soap, shampoo, and lotion, in-room coffee machine, ice bucket, The room had a comfortable bed, desk, a small dining table. The TV has dish network with a good amount of channels. The shower had very good water pressure made for a pleasurable shower. I also liked that the breakfast room had a cool coffee making machine.

I didn't know that the room was going to be at the top of a set of stairs, but it was because the parking garages were below the rooms. It's just hard for me to climb stairs while carrying heavy luggage I need to hold on to the rail for extra stability. Some of the rooms furniture needs an update the desk chair had this leather material that was peeling pretty badly. The dining table chairs had bad scrapes and need some TLC.The complimentary breakfast was lacking hot savory breakfast foods. This place offered just bread and some pastries. Get some breakfast sandwiches or stuff with eggs and meat in them for some high protein options, some fruit and fruit juice could also be a good addition. It would have been nice to have a water fountain with filtered water available to fill our water bottles.

There was a $5 mystery charge on my credit card
