Hotel was overbooked so we were not able to stay in our reserved room. Floor tiles in the bathroom were not caulked down so one tile moved when stepping on it.

I booked for 2 queen beds instead of they put us in 1 king bed room, very disappointed. We have been Hampton ‘ customers for long time .

"Not worth the cost "

Friendly staff. Rooms need to be updated and cleaned better. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty. Definitely not worth the cost.

"Good Stay"

This property is showing its age but is clean and comfortable. Front staff was excellent. One elevator was broken. Lobby bathroom under maintenance. Computers were down, but the desk staff handled it well. Our room was good. It is old but maintained well. The bathtub was very clean, no mold. The towels were soft and thick and toiletries were Neutragena. No complaints here.
