The check-in at the other properties with Hampton were easier. The time they acted as of they hadn't gotten my reservation. Along with having to reprovid all my information.

"Nice place to stay"

Nice and comfortable. Good but standard breakfast. Had some steps on the ceiling noise but that did not last long and had a good night’s sleep.

It was a good stay. Staff is great! Walls are thin so you can hear next door room. But overall in a good area and easy access to freeway.

This hotel was falling apart. Peeling walls, out of order everything, and to top it off a dead cockroach in the public bathroom. NEVER staying here again

"Not a great stay"

This property needs a redesign. Being a Hilton Honors member I've never stayed in a HI like this. I hate having to post bad reviews but this one deserves it. There were so many things wrong with the room, starting with a stained chair and a bathroom with mold, broken fixtures, peeling wallpaper, and a non-functioning exhaust fan. Needless to say, we voiced our concerns. We were assured the items would be addressed but we haven't heard anything since. It has changed how I view Hilton properties and don't think I'll be staying at a Hilton again.
