"Top 10 worst stays"

I really don't know how this old hotel got a 4-star review. I arrived, and my room smelled like black mold. I spoke with the redhead at the front desk and could not get another room. I tried to tough it out and got a massive headache, and finally, I got another room. The new room's A/C was broken, so I got another room, which was as hot as Texas in July. Only slept 2 hours before I had to go to work and no one at the hotel wanted to help or even gave a dam.

"Nice hotel"

Did not receive welcome as Hilton Honors member. Small TV. Large clean room. A/C & internet worked well. Refrigerator does not have a freezer. I asked for a water & reception gave me 1 bottle. Nice hot breakfast. Next door is Russel Stover Chocolate store.

The room was nice. Do to weather did even use room other than to shower. Management had me check in online and then refused to split cost with me knowing that we did physically did not arrive until 9am same day of check out which was at 11am.

We booked two queen suite and they gave us one king suite. When we told them they said they were all booked up. This room was for a mother and son whom were not going to share the king bed. When we pulled out the sofa bed there were stains and mouse dropping on the mattress. When we told the the front they just said they could give us extra sheets to cover the mattress.

The bathroom could have been cleaner - there was something on the shower door that looked like vomit (gross). The toilet kept trying to stop up also. For the price I expected to have a nice clean room. I could have stayed at a cheaper hotel that was comparable in cleanliness. It just looked shabby. We were not impressed.

"GREAT STAY!"

The property just changed management and it has been a big improvement! I can tell the difference in changes. I would recommend to stay here! You should see if there are any corporate rate or anything that can help you with your stay. Front desk manager is nice
