The Westin Virginia Beach Town Center

This hotel‘s aesthetic is absolutely stunning. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to work with. The location of the hotel is also very noteworthy as it has easy access to several restaurants, shopping and local beaches are around 15 minutes away.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shay! From the moment she answered the phone, the entire experience was effortless, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. Her energy was absolutely infectious lol we were both smiling and laughing throughout the conversation and she immediately made me feel valued as a guest! Shay exhibited the epitome of customer care. NOT just customer service. She listened carefully to my needs, adapted to my circumstances, and went above and beyond to accommodate me! She was patient, knowledgeable, solution oriented, and made what could have been a stressful reservation process feel easy and seamless. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism with such authentic warmth, but Shay does exactly that! Because of her exceptional service I am genuinely excited about my upcoming stay and look forward to returning in the future. Employees like Shay are the reason guests become loyal customers. Breakfast taste good and there is a bar nearby. Reception desk is super nice and patient to a Chinese like me. Non-native friendly +!

Public parking area is making me concern a little bit about my car. If my get stollen, I could not tell whose responsibility it should be.
