"The hotel was comfortable and a calm space to spend a weekend going out to meet up with old friends."

The room was very practical for a weekend stay. The shower is accessible and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fine and great that it was in the cost of the overnight stay.

The shower door bottom was not clean, it had a build up of soap and dust.

For a 'disabled' room it's a pity it was a bath and not walk-in shower! Service in restaurant poor - waited over an hour for a Lasagne. Not cheap!

It was a perfect location to Standstead Airport & my family. Fab shopping centre not too far away. Great breakfast choice

"Great short stay. Convenient location."

Staff was welcoming and aware we would be arriving late. They were ready to help us. The room was all prepared, with the sofabed already set as a bed and neatly made. It was clean and nice. The breakfast was good with plenty of options of hot food. Access and parking are convenient. I will be back next year :)
