Eastwood Hall

I liked how clean the facilities were. Free tea, coffee and biscuits in rooms and in the hallway. In the hallway you could make yourself takeaway drinks for free. I liked the free use of leasure facilties such as pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness classes and steam room. Did not try however I did like that they had the option for room service.

Our room was quite far away to walk from reception. The hotel is massive. Front of house staff were not too friendly upon arrival. The bathroom in our bedroom could have been slightly cleaner. Main parts was clean however in the bathroom there was a few hairs. The changing rooms in the womans bathrooms at the leisure facilities was very poor. The lockers did not work and the toilets were disgusting and blocked.

Lovely venue. Male member of bar staff with long hair tied in a bin was really professional and polite.

Tillie in the bar, she had a stinking attitude and was very rude. Overpriced food and drink. Lots of guests walking around with no socks or shoes, very unhygienic. (Meditation group, they should have put their shoes on whilst in the communal areas)

Room/bathroom bit dated, not enough milk sachets, no main lights

Overall stay was brilliant apart from when loads of people came in to the restaurant and was so loud and they brought all the kids in it ruined me and my partners time away with out our kids.

Negative house keeping opersite kept making to.much noise

Pleasant grounds for walking the dog. Excellent dinner (though portions small).

Had to request scrambled egg at breakfast, and when it came it was dry with too much salt and pepper. Croissants cold and dry.
