The bed was comfortable and the a/c was amazing

The was no breakfast whatsoever, the website said there would be. The smell of food blasted me in the face in the lobby when I got there, assuming it was the employees food. Had to figure out the trick to operate the water temperature. No water pressure.

Easy check in took about 2 minutes and was not loud at night was very quiet when we went to check out it was a easy process as well

This property needs some work. It smells horrible in the hallways, and they dont run the AC outside of the rooms. The man working the desk forgot to give me back my id and didn’t have it when I needed it later that night because of him. Everything has "out of order" signs on it, which tells me that they neglect maintenance on the property.

The place immediately smelled of something awful while walking down the hall. We got to the door and there was a bug crawling on the wall. I didn’t think anything of it until we walked in and saw roaches scattering. We walked out and left.

There was no breakfast. Elevators out of order. Rest rooms near office out of order. No hot water.

Owner was very rude!

The building itself is in fairly good condition and was very quiet. However, it is poorly maintained: the elevator got stuck with a person inside, and the doors wouldn't open. He finally was able to prise them open with his hands, but we chose not to use the elevator and had to carry baggage up and down stairs. Several lights in the bedroom didn't work, and the finish on the bathtub was terrible. The top of the table was not attached to the base, so we had to use it very carefully so that it wouldn't fall off. The staff was not particularly helpful. Although continental breakfast was supposed to be included, there was nothing to eat our first night:only lukewarm coffee. After we complained, there were muffins and juice the next day.

Our first room had a clogged toilet when we got there and the second one was smelling terrible like dirty feet
