Super 8 by Wyndham Brookshire TX

Every part of this property smells like hooka and marijuana. The room smelled like mold. The Bible was covered in black mold. There was no roll-away bed as was advertised. Never staying there again!

It smells horrible. I saw a big roach! The bathroom floor wasn’t clean. The whole place smells horrible, but the room stinks!

Walked in on me twice without knocking and I’d just gotten out of the shower and within 20 minutes they opened my door twice with staff key. I had to yell stop several times before they shut the door. The staff were horrible to the customers and yelled at an older couple in front of us at check in. Internet didn’t work. Bathroom has black mold. Not sure how this place is open…

The staff were very helpful during the hurricane. The manager also helped me move from the 3rd floor down to the 1st when I needed help because I’m old!! lol.

I had a confirmation of a reservation thru Expedia, got to the property, and was told there were no rooms. Houston area was recovering from Beryl, so I called Wyndham directly to verify that this facility had power, and internet. The lady then "called" the facility, came back on the line, confirming that they had power. The front staff rudely informed me there were no rooms, leaving me and family stranded. They were rude ! They could have called for me the Holiday Inn across the street and appear to help. This was 9.30pm . They were rude and downright told me to leave the premises. These people need to drastically correct their behaviour ! At least try and help me, see if any other facility has availability in the area.. Maybe the are making so much money they dont care. I thought Wyndham name stood for something... I GUESS NOT !!!. Never again will I trust WYNDHAM ...

We booked this online but arrived to find that the building had no power. I understand that this was due to the storm, but hotels.com should have removed the listing. We expect a prompt refund.

I could not find the hotel at all did not get to stay there wasted my money to much construction

Breakfast was a "no for me" except for a cup of coffee. Very dated and in need of TLC. We had bugs in our room, the hotel smelled weird and the bathroom door didn't close. I don't know if the pool was open or not but I would not have used it in the condition it was in anyways. The neighborhood also just overall felt "off" and I was very happy to leave.

Property inside need some TLC. Rooms could be cleaner along with the tub. I noticed black mole growing in the corner of the tub and the shower head needs to be removed and soaked in bleach. Also the smell as you walk in needs to be addressed also. I couldnt get a refund through the 3rd party site i booked.
