There was a carpet stain in the room. The front desk staff did not seem to be having good days, accommodating but less than friendly. The Bell staff and staff at the entrance were excellent!

This hotel is perfect! The location is great!!!!!! The rooms are big and beautiful. Ours had a fireplace and a beautiful balcony! The staff is truly unbelievable. The staff in the restaurant were ALL really, really GREAT! You just don't find that everywhere anymore. The food we had was all very delicious. Would go back tomorrow if I could!

Awesome place for a quick stay in the heart of Lionshead. Easy walking to several great restaurants--just beware the cost of food/drink in Vail. Room was very comfy and spacious, huge bathroom. Breakfast at the Arrabelle was fantastic.
