Towneplace Suites Marriott Meridian

No Pool. or Hot tub. But everything was was great Thank you

The bed us very hard, the pool and spa was out of order. With the hot weather we choose this for the pool. We were disappointed. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel and room were very clean. The staff (all) were amazing. So very friendly. More so than just having a question answered. They all went out of there way to just have a friendly conversation. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Sam at the front desk was great and made our stay smooth. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room felt dated and had an old smell.

All was good except one thing, we requested our tv to be fixed multiple times and still was not working correctly when we left. We were there 3 nights

Our stay was great, easy access to intersections and great eateries.

The fact that this hotel advertises they have a pool is joke. The staff said it’s been closed for as long as they have worked there. Eight months lol!! Would expect more from a Marriott Propery.

We got a complimentary upgrade to the one bedroom suite. It is enormous! Upon walking in is the small kitchenette with all the necessary items for longer term stays. The living room area is very large, with a table for four. Bathroom is on the small side, older style with small counter space, toilet next to the tub/shower combo. The bedroom is also very big. Breakfast is the typical items, with frittatas! We got the hard boiled eggs and yogurts. When we first checked in, we could hear people walking above us. It was not an issue. Had a great night of sleep. Location of this hotel is great, just off of Eagle Road. Lots of restaurants, gas stations, cafes, etc. The only "area for improvement" comment: for a one bedroom suite, the two TVs were so small, they appear to be an afterthought! Now a days, giant TVs are so affordable, perhaps that is next on their "list".

Walls were paper thin as were ceilings and floors. We got complained about for being too noisy for Stomping around when in reality we were walking, and we could hear the people above us as well. Pool was out didn't get notified of that until the Thursday before trip.
