Towneplace Suites Marriott Meridian

Very noisy next to the freeway. Whole place was not very clean.

There is no working pool or hot tub as advertised. When we travel with kids, this is a priority. Hotels.com needs to update their listings with appropriate information regarding their properties. We wouldn't have booked here had we known there was no pool

The bathroom was very small and the breakfast food was not very good. Cleanliness and staff friendliness were great.

The hotel is close to shopping, dining and family entertainment. Room was clean and tidy.

Hotels.com has so many properties to choose from. I specifically picked this property for the indoor pool and hot tub. There were many less expensive properties nearby without the indoor pool. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were drained and unusable. I absolutely would have stayed somewhere else if this property would have been honest about the condition of its amenities. Very very disappointed

It was a great set up and clean. Very good breakfast set up and great staff.

Enjoyed the room setup. Like a single apartment! Stay here. Right off the highway. Eatteries a short walk away.

The blanket on the bed was too thin, the thermostat didn't work correctly and the walls were too thin. I could hear people next door talking.

Very helpful staff

We had to switch rooms because our first room smelled like animal urine and feces. We didn't realize that this is a completely "pet friendly" hotel meaning EVERY room can have pets. For a family with high animal allergies this was disappointing that there weren't rooms set aside for people who need to avoid allergens.
