"If you want a quiet and comfortable hotel stay, this is the place!"

The facility was comfortable, quiet and clean. It smelled clean without that chemical smell cleaning supplies can have, which was really nice. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in, maybe ever. The staff was friendly, efficient and weren't afraid to smile!

I prefer a little more lighting than the room had. Also, there was very little counter space in the bathroom. The back parking area could use some brighter lighting as it is surrounded by a wooded area.

"Superb"

Quick, friendly front desk staff. Very clean room. Fully stocked. Option to order food at night and in the morning. Phemonal Starbucks iced coffee. Overall a great stay.

It was very easy to drive right past the hotel because huge trees block the tiny hotel sign. Also, the entrance to the hotel from the highway is past the hotel. I'm from the area so I know where the hotel is. I could see guests getting lost.

Clean

I booked a room on line an paid extra for the “whirlpool” room. When I arrived they said the hotel got rid of all their whirlpools in the room and said I still had to pay that price. Made NO SENSE. Since I was there to support a family mental g surgery locally I had no time to book another place. They refused to refund the difference in room rate.

Check in had problem system down couldn't process another card said it would be fixed at check out wasnt at check in say it may not be fixed Bistro great in morning in afternoon ordered meatbals after 10 minutes told i had another 10 or 15 minute wait let customer know time frame when ordering if unusually long had to cancel order Overall stay great

We stayed here for a wedding and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. The added parking lot was super convenient, especially since we were coming and going a lot. It’s also in a great location—not far from The Tides Estate.
