Great hotel - holy smokes! Room was perfect and very well maintained. Only complaint was it was very noisy from the busy street noise. Highly recommend this hotel but ask for a room away from the street.

This hotel is totally renovated and done really well. As mentioned in an earlier review the entrance to the hotel is very easy to miss. Some signage along the roadway would be very helpful. We did have a small concern with our room and the front desk sent a manager up named Millie. So asked when a good time would be for them to correct the issue, we were leaving shortly and when we returned it was resolved and the entire room was once again cleaned top to bottom. We received a phone call after we checked out from Millie just making sure that the rest of our stay was an enjoyable one. Very impressive customer service!!!!!

Location was great, bed was quite comfy, room was clean.

Odd entrance and exit to Rt. 17.

Great distance from prudential center, close to lots of food choices.

Bed was actually lumpy and uncomfortable but we had just come from a wedding and too tired to find a new hotel. There were ants in crawling in the bathroom floor and one made it into the commode bowl. For the price, the appointments are shabby.
