"Not even sorry."

No pillows on bed due to allergies. Front desk informed me it was my problem not thiers offered nothing to help. Never had a worse experience at a Hilton hotel they should be ashamed. Hilton honored no help no call back even after three days. Skip this hotel you don't want to meet them.

"Not your average Hampton Inn"

As a frequent guest of Hampton Inns across the country... this is the worst I have stayed at. Smells musty, room smelled like a wet dog, elevator was disgustingly dirty and smelled of marajuanian/weed. Our door got stuck and we were in able to get in from the outside, front desk was able to assist. Regret not staying at a location in ABQ instead.

"Book somewhere else"

Staff was very friendly and check in was quick and easy. Once we got to our room, I felt my shoes sticking to the floor, even kn the carpet area. The furniture was uncomfortable and falling apart. I found it ironic considering the spa and pool were very clean. I would not stay here again.
