"no worries on how to find you.....had a great visit with grandson down Wickham...so convenient!"

I was going out for breakfast but the coffee downstairs was very good...the ones in the room are the worst ever! Would stay there again. My grandson lives right down the end of the road in Suntree. And love that it's right off 95 and that there's a light when you get off...so very easy for me...I am 82.

the packets of coffee....no more negatives.

"Very poor hotel and experience"

Very run down, find something else in the area if you can. There’s renovations going on and the whole place needs a facelift. Blood on sheets in our room, staff handed me a flat sheet and I was on my own to replace. Empty shampoo bottle in bathroom as well.

The customer service was great. Everyone was incredibly helpful and sweet.

They are currently renovating, I wish that was made clear before booking. The room they gave us smelled like paint, was covered in dry wall dust, and there were no light bulbs in the lamps. I went downstairs, and they fixed it immediately. I love that they fixed it. However, after a nearly 12 hour drive, I wasn't excited about room hopping, and the biggest issue is that they are still charging a premium during these renovations.
