Clean and quiet

The key cards. I had to have a few replacements as the cards would stop working. Not a major issue but parking was only available in the rear of the property and there was a lot of constant rain due to a Nor Easter. So having to walk around the building several times because I could not get in through the rear door due to key card failure, was not fun nor pleasant.

We reserved a room with 2 Queen beds. Were given a room with one bed, not acceptable. Had to switch hotels next day. Would like refund for second night

The hotels has stains all over the carpet in the hallways. Hallway smells. Kitchen area was dirty. Finally my bed smelled like urine. Never staying there again.

This hotel was awful..I wish I could give it zero stars. At 10:30pm when we arrived it was so noisy with a party. When I went to check in the front desk girl let me know yes I had a reservation but they gave it away because they overbooked and it was first come first serve. We asked for a manager who was rude and told us it was our fault because we didn’t arrive earlier. She refused to help us and did not want to refund us. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone..it was dated and dirty inside as well and lots of men coming in and out while we were in the lobby.

The accommodations looked nothing like the online photos. Price point was high for a run down hotel compete with roaches in my room

My room was just adequate. Everything looked like it needed to be replaced.There was no hairdryer, no TV remote. The outside of the refrigerator had some kind of grease/oil I’m assuming from someone cooking on the stove next to it.

Had to replace room keys each time we want to go into the room. Multiple lights don't work. Shower is weak.

Beds were comfortable.

I was very disappointed that even though there was a kitchen there were absolutely no utensils. I couldn’t use the microwave or stove. There was not even a fork or spoon. This lack of supplies rendered the kitchen useless. I specifically book this hotel because I like to eat my own foods. There was false advertising it said it was a fully furnished kitchen.
