I like the convenience of the location and the beds were comfortable

I didn't like that there was a kitchen to utilize with no dishes, utensils, pots or pans unless we asked the staff. That was very inconvenient.

"Cat smell had me sneezing during entire stay"

convenience and location

Placed in room next to another guest that possibly had multiple cats. Due to having severe allergies to cats, and told no other rooms were available. I woke up with red, puffy eyes as a result. i should've been given an option for room to be placed next to a pet or not..

"Great staff, clean property, quiet overnight stay"

Clean and quiet

The key cards. I had to have a few replacements as the cards would stop working. Not a major issue but parking was only available in the rear of the property and there was a lot of constant rain due to a Nor Easter. So having to walk around the building several times because I could not get in through the rear door due to key card failure, was not fun nor pleasant.

The hotels has stains all over the carpet in the hallways. Hallway smells. Kitchen area was dirty. Finally my bed smelled like urine. Never staying there again.

This hotel was awful..I wish I could give it zero stars. At 10:30pm when we arrived it was so noisy with a party. When I went to check in the front desk girl let me know yes I had a reservation but they gave it away because they overbooked and it was first come first serve. We asked for a manager who was rude and told us it was our fault because we didn’t arrive earlier. She refused to help us and did not want to refund us. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone..it was dated and dirty inside as well and lots of men coming in and out while we were in the lobby.

The accommodations looked nothing like the online photos. Price point was high for a run down hotel compete with roaches in my room
