"Great Stay"

My experience started out with Sarah Abed the General Manager when I first called the hotel what great customer service I was given the moment she answered the phone I was very pleased with the service I received and my room was very phenomenal I want to thank Sarah for going above and beyond with her service I will definitely keep coming back here!!!! The room was very clean and spacious also when they say free breakfast it’s not really breakfast just a cup of coffee and oatmeal packets.

The room and so called complementary breakfast were hrossly misrepesented The pull out sleeper sofa was broken and had dirty mattress not fit for a dog. There no linens for the sleeper sofa. We had to go to the front desk for them. The shower was badly stained and hopefully clean. Fromt desk staff had to be summoned by a bell on the counter and made it clear it was a bother to ask for hotel information and help. Terrible experience.
