Extended Stay America Suites - West Palm Beach - Northpoint Corporate Park

Overall, our stay was ok. The hallways had a bad odor every time we walked through, our room smelled horrible of smoke even though it’s supposed to be no smoking. And lastly, there were little black hairs all over the bathroom. The beds were fine and looked clean along with everything else. It just appeared that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. We reserved our room several months ago and had not been contacted by the property but when we checked in, we were given a different price to pay along with a different room we did not choose. The new price was about $65 more than what I was told. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if they would have notified us of the change. I will say, the lady did talk to her manager about the situation and agreed to give us a refund so that was nice. Staff were very friendly but not the cleanest place.

Absolutely unsafe. Notices of city involvement due to delinquency. Extreme fire hazards. Screwed in windows. Only random amenities available that are offered. Had to take our own trash out. Smoking free facility with obvious smoking going on and even fire alarms. Only staff member that did was good job was Zachary. There was mold everywhere. Stained linens. Moldy air conditioner. Unlocked outside doors.

Worst experience ever with a hotel. The pool was disgusting, they advertise breakfast and it’s only oatmeal and muffins, the water pressure is very low and didn’t get hot for my kids to shower. At 1am we heard a bunch of banging around upstairs and furniture scooting across the floor it kept me and my family Up as we stayed there to head down to key west the next day. They didn’t do anything about the kids having a party above us. I gave this a bad rating because I’m simply tired from lack of sleep and the noise above us Scared my kids.

False accused me of an incident and didn’t get my deposit refund and the full funds of booking the hotel because they didn’t let me stay

Having a place to sleep for the night,nothing more,nothing less.

The entire hotel is outdated,the refrigerator had rust on it,the appliances outdated and old. The bed was a little uncomfortable,and the internet was trash. There was an issue they refused to inform me about,kept redirecting me to the manager who was never available. We kept having issues with the key cards.

I didn’t like anything. I didn’t stay in the room for more than 5 mins that’s how dirty it was

We had the room 228 and the room wasn’t clean The cabinet was rusty the bathroom wasn’t clean looks like someone just took a shower there the beds wasn’t in good condition and the fridge was rusty as well .

The location was very good.

The breakfast was very poor. Coffee or tea was available but there was nothing worth eating.
