Extended Stay America Suites - West Palm Beach - Northpoint Corporate Park

The location & they allowed my party bus to come in the parking lot.

No garbage can in the room, roaches crawling on the night stand. Didn't have a room key the first night because the machine was down. First room smelled like dead fish

double booked the room - stranger entered - that should never happen with a reputable company/property. Will never again be using this brand

It was good

For the price we paid, we expected something more nice, the bed was broken, the stuff did not fix it, the breakfast is grab and go, never ever again

Terrible guest services. We asked for an extra blanket 3 times and never received it. Tv did not work. Every day I asked to have it fixed and no one bothered. After having little ones at the beach all day, a tv would have been nice. We checked out a day early and the desk clerk refused to give me a receipt said it would be emailed. No one was ever at the front desk. I travel a lot and always try to show respect and kindness for the service workers but no one seemed to care at all at this place. Will never book with them again. Our stay was from Sunday-Friday and it was an all atound tertible experience

Needs to be upgraded broken appliances

The front desk clerk was nice.

The hotel could have had a few updates based on the price charged for the room per night. Breakfast options were subpar. I expected more from previous experiences at other Extended Stay America locations
