Extended Stay America Suites - Long Island - Bethpage

The room was clean, the beds were not very comfortable. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. I had to book something quickly due to a death in the family and the location was convenient to where we had to go.

The lobby, the hallway carpet is dirty and smells

The toilet was not working properly, and there was no way to stop the tub for a bath

When check in lobby smell awful. There was no supply like soap or shampoo. We had ask them at the front desk and they gave us 2 small hand soap thats what all they had. We ask for extra pillows and they told us they didnt have any. We had a kitchen and we need it to go to the lobby to ask for kitchenware.The bed was. Comfortable and the room was clean

Near an event we needed to attend

First room smelled so badly we asked to move. Second room was clean but the bathroom fan was so loud you couldn’t put the light in at night. Sketchy people in the parking lot day and night. Didn’t feel safe.

Terrible stay as the rooms was not update to day. Chipped, stained, smelled, terrible service. Terrible stay. Will not stay with this company again
