This hotel is a residential welfare hotel for homeless people. It’s not advertised as such but it is No hot water Room was run down had cracks in wall Guests and staff were rude and noisey and unsafe

The hotel seems ok from the outside, but after entering, not so ok. Staff was friendly and the check in area was kept well but after entering the elevator, it change. See what we found below. It was not a place to bring your family on a vacation.

Upon checking in we went to our rooms and found them to be extreemly out dated, smelly( moldy/dirty) and not cleaned well. The cabinets were cracked and peeling, not just on the sides but in the center of the doors.

It was great for a night. Very clean hotel and room. The front desk was very friendly and quick. No problems at all.

I stayed here while getting some work done to my home. The staff was amazing. Very attentive to my families needs. I really appreciate them!
