The location is the only good thing

Breakfast is so bad and totally different from what is shown in pics. In addition, they charge you for the parking, 8 + tax per night. In addition, the deposit of 100 per room is an exorbitant cost.

Room ok staff is remarkably rigid on enforcing their rules. I requested a early check in upon registering, when I arrived at around 11am I was informed that I would have to wait until 3 pm. Even though I pointed out the early check in request and that I arrived by Uber. There was a bench in the lobby where I could have waited but they wouldn't let me wait in the lobby I had to leave and wait in the Florida heat and humidity. I went to lunch and got back about 1:30 still no promised early check in I sat on the sidewalk until 2:45 check in. Then I extended my stay thru Booking. Com and they had put me in a king bed room instead of a queen originally booked and I extended with queen reservation so they told me I had to pay more to stay in my current room or check out, take my things and come back at 3pm and check in to my new room. As I said very rigid and I will NEVER stay with this chain again

We had a very plesent check in and chat with the front desk before they started adding on the the bill walking in . Kitchen in room was not supplied like in the web page we have to go ask for pots pans plates utensils. Then there was the club accross the street pumping music till 2 am . When I woke up to a roach on the bed crawling . We showed from desk pics we took and said they would address it only so I packed and left.

The room is like a apartment

Scary! Dirty! I did not feel safe. The hotel is old and not well kept. Trash in the parking lot. Old stained carpet. No dishes or utensils in rooms. Don’t stay here especially if a woman alone.

I booked through a third party and when I got too the hotel they said I had too be 21 not 19

the hotel was ok for one night since we went to see football game but the walls are like cardboard you can hear everything from the other rooms very loud place but nice staff....was ok for one night and the price was ok
