Good location & a spacious room

Concurrent location to the venue I was attending

Couldn’t check in early bc it was a weekend (we arrived after 2pm but had to wait 45mins to check in since it is at 3), bed is not stationary and moved even accidentally ran in to, and the floor was a bit dirty. Had to rub my feet together before I got under the covers due to dirt and hair.

Aly was very helpful and friendly.

The most difficult part of the stay is you cannot enter unless you have a card from the hotel. The phone that sits outside to call in does NOT work. So you have to flag another customer down to let you in.

The lady at the front desk was so rude the place was ghetto couldn't sleep from the loud AC or people slamming doors. We had to pay a parking fee to park there which is insane. 100 security deposit which is fine but she was just charging us for every little thing instead of welcoming letting us know about breakfast and times nothing of that nature.
