The staff was really rude and canceled my stay bc I was aware of thier hidden charges once I got to the front desk. If though I said I would pay, I thought other costumers should know a head of time. It was more a live in hotel, than an actual come and stay and leave hotel.

Great rooms friendly atmosphere great coffee area great customer service. Staff was great very helpful.

There isn't anything that really went well.

When we arrived, we had to yell to the person at the counter that we wanted to check in for her to buzz us in. We were not told when placing the reservations that there was a parking fee. Our room was not clean, we found empty single serve liquor bottles on the floor. The floor was dirty, our socks were even dirty. I tried to call for a wake up call 10 times, never got an answer. Went downstairs to request a wakeup call, the girl said she would put it in, we didn't get a wake up call. We were in the city for a medical procedure so it was important that we were up at the requested time. When we went to check out, I took one of the liquor bottles down with me and left it at the front counter.

The location is centrally located with easy access to interstate and downtown. When I walk in Miss Tosha and her team greet me by name and welcome me with smiles. The room, while basic meets my needs for my cooking meals, stove top, full size fridge and freezer It is always better than staying at higher priced hotels who try to make you feel lucky to be staying there. Miss Tosha and her team make me feel like family.
