Extended Stay America Suites Los Angeles Torrance Harborgate

Location was good, check-in was easy, rooms have decent amenities. It smelled like cigarette smoke however I'm well aware that smell is impossible to remove so I can't exactly fault them for it.

It was ok !! Better than ive seen in that area. Need better pillows other than that it eas good!

The receptionist at night with long hair is not really welcoming. She kept telling the lady who does the laundry that she is tired and doesn’t smile at all. I didn’t even go back to the front after checking in because they look all tired and irritated to guests coming in.

Rundown conditions

The staff were nice and friendly. The outside grounds were a misrepresentation of what the inside/room was like. The carpet in the room was old and patched up, the smell is must and old wet linen was highly prevalent. Our towels smelled like they were folded wet and been sitting in the room for months and months. Overall it was a place to lay our heads while we were out and about. This is not a place I would hang out at. I would NOT stay here again.

I was there for 2 weeks room never got cleaned. I called corporate, front desk told me I couldn’t get clean towels because I booked through Expedia I left a review on there website I was approached my two front desk employees I was afraid for my life.

Front dest I want a refund only stayed there for 2 weeks because me and my 80 years old mother are homeless waiting for our apartment to get approved. My room was never cleaned in 2 weeks

It started off rough. Our room was not ready. The clerk that waited on us was more concern about getting off than helping us. She was so rude, not helpfully or friendly at all. The room was OK, plenty of towels, 2 plastic cups, and thats all folks. A lot of activity of the unpleasant kind.
