"Tries to be a quaint boutique hotel, but doesn’t measure up for the money."

Location was great. Staff was pleasant and helpful. In room coffee and available nearby microwave was appreciated.

Stairs: front, indoor quite steep. Rear outdoor stairs better in terms of steep, but outdoor area quite unsightly with buckets, litter, mud puddles, restaurant mats hanging off walkway. Hazardous and unwelcoming. Back stairwell needs to be more safe and pleasant. How about paint and flower box?

"A perfect place to stay to see Ketchikan!"

The Inn is actually several properties in the the Creek Street area, most over first floor stores or restaurants. Each room is different, and some are right over the creek. You can watch seals from your bedroom and walk to everything you want to downtown.

Bear in mind that you are in an old (territorial old) building. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of amenities in the room and common areas to meet a travelers need. Slept like a baby. The shower wasnt (and by virtue of the age of the building, cant be) high pressure. Stay here for a comfortable, cozy, lodging experience that gives you a sense of life of historic Ketchikan. Would Stay again any time Im in Ketchikan

Location was excellent. Right in the middle of everything. Staff were all amazing.

The cruise ship passengers were filling the walkways around Creek Street making it difficult to get to our room.

Great spot, plenty of restaurants close enough to walk to. Beautiful area next to the creek, have their own private deck where you can watch the seals and salmon in the creek.
