Great location and friendly helpful staff

Was just OK for our need

Stairs were narrow and steep, building was unmanned,

The staff was great and efficient. Great location in really cool part of Ketchikan. Room was very nice and had great amenities.

We spent 4 nights here in July. The room was lovely. The staff were friendly...they even drove me to the supermarket across town in the hotel van. That was kind and helpful. We loved being on Ketchikan Creek to see the harbor seals . It's a bit loud if the room faces the street, but hey, when you are in the center of where everyone wants to be, that will happen. Thanks for a great stay!

Location was great. It was much larger than we expected. It was very nice having a washer and dryer as well. We had a few problems when we first got there and the staff were super friendly and helpful and fix things up right away.

Location - right in town, walk everywhere, the staff were Amazing.

The restaurant downstairs and the main road made it a bit noisy, however we live in a very quiet place so we were more sensitive to the noise. They provide ear plugs.

We had a lovely stay at the Inn at Creek Street. We had a room in the New York Cafe building. Yes, the stairs were steep, but to be expected in such an old building. We were a bit worried about some other reviews which said our building could be noisy, but we were lucky to not experience any noise issues either from the cafe below, nor from the street outside. The staff here really shine. Very friendly and helpful, and felt more like family than hotel-chain staff. The shuttle to and from the airport was a great perk, and we enjoyed chatting with our drivers each way. When we were being take to the hotel, our driver gave us several worthwhile tips for food. We also appreciated their keeping our bags both before our room was ready, and after we checked out but still had some time before our flight. The location was great. Easy walk to anywhere in the downtown area. Also walked to the Totem Pole museum, and the Deer Mountain trailhead. We even walked the 2.5 miles to Saxman. For farther afield (like Totem Bight Park), we just a block away from the bus line that took us there.
