Bungalows at Windsong on the Reef

The beach was excellent and the coral reef beautiful. Reef is off the beach on property.

Solid property with nice beach and reef out front. The Bungalow we stayed in was fantastic!

The property was very nice and great for the price. It's just a short walk to the beach and there's a bar not far from it. It's got a full kitchen which made it easy to cook and a nice sized seating room area. The staff/front desk attendant was very pleasant and helpful. She assisted us with tours. The only down side was there were ants in our room. They were around the patio door and the kitchen counter. We called down and they sent a young man to spray some Raid. It helped but I imagine it's only a quick fix. I could definitely see staying there again.

The location of this property is excellent, the staff is friendly and very helpful. The apartment was well kept, comfortable and clean. My only disappointment was the pool, it was not very clean. However you really don’t visit Turks and Caicos to stay at the pool you go for the beautiful beaches.

This is a perfect spot if you like to snorkel from the beach. It is behind a beachfront resort, so no beach view from your room, but the grounds have nice plants and flowers and the plus is it's only a very short walk down a paved path to the beach. There are dedicated chairs and umbrellas for the resort and they also have beach towels at the reception desk for you to use. We loved the fact that these were condo units with well supplied kitchens (pots, pans, dishes, soap, hand towels, etc.) so we could cook and have cold beverages at hand. The reef that is right there attracts all sorts of sea life. The reef itself is not in great shape, although parts are trying to come back, but the animals still come and you will see a wide variety of fish. We also saw sea turtle and stingrays. The resort is clean and well maintained and the staff is exceptional. They great you with a welcome drink and are always very helpful if you have questions or requests. Our room was cleaned to perfection each day. We would come back in a heartbeat and enjoyed every minute of our stay. There is also parking with a night watchman in the evenings if you rent a car as we did. Highly recommend for those who don't mind a garden or pool view and would rather snorkel from shore than a boat.

Thee staff was friendly. The units were well appointed. The location was great - 5 minute walk to snorkel at Grace Bay reef.

It was very quiet and secluded but within walking distance of the beach. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. A negative is ther is no food service at all at this location but restaurants (2) are close enough to walk to. I am all ready planning to going there again. Shop for food and snacks , bottled water before you get there. Transportation can cost up 11 to 22 $ per person per trip. Deposit on a rental car is 750 to 1000 credit vs debit.
