Bungalows at Windsong on the Reef

Fantastic stay! Quiet, peaceful, easy access to beach and reefs. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Loved Reef Residences. The room was so spacious, big living room with pull out sofa bed, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and nice size bedroom. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was worried it would be a far walk from the hotel to the beach and was pleasantly surprised. It was maybe 100 feet from the beach. There wasn’t a view of the ocean but I already knew that going in.

Pretty nice place. Clean, the housekeeping was very good. Weird, there was no knives whatever except butter knives. No pizza cutter either. kind of strange for a full kitchen. Unit design is a little off. You have to go through the bedroom to get to the bath,so not a good layout for Anyone but a couple. I considered the advertising deceptive. This is neither oceanfront nor direct ocean access. You have go across and down the street for the beach. You can do better on price. This was a non-refundable Hotels.com deal, a really bad deal, I could have bought direct oceanfront for the smae price. Won't come back, won't use Hotels.com again.

Amazing condo so close to the beach, nicely tucked away so was very quiet. Beautiful part of the beach.

Reef Residences was in an ideal location for a low key, snorkeling oriented trip. It's only a block away from Coral Gardens Reef, which is like swimming in an aquarium. There are good restaurants close and don't miss the Thursday night Fish Fry. The condo unit was clean, well stocked; we cooked meals with ease. The entire complex was well tended and staff was friendly. Would highly recommend Reef Residences. We did not go up to the more commercial part of Grace Beach; that's where the large beach and nightlife is located. We had the cab stop at the Graceway IPA and bought groceries and drinks. We ate out some and cooked some. Wonderful trip--would come back!

Very clean & spacious rooms, 2 min walk to beach w/ great snorkeling.

We arrived tired and hot after a long trip and were welcomed by a very friendly staff member. The first view of our apartment was extremely happy: it was very very clean, well organized, everything was there and working and the towels were folded pretty. It was like that the whole week: we received clean towels and the apartment was extremely well cleaned. Sitting out on our balcony was so relaxing at night. There was some damage from Storm Irma, and the hotel management worked very hard on having it fixed as soon as possible.
