"A last resort booking for my future projects in Elgin."

the hotel in general needs a complete refurb, no facilities were open the bar was shut at 08.00. I waited 25minutes to be served for breakfast before i decided i couldn't wait any longer so i left

No food , no hot water , filthy smelling room , bugs in bathroom, should not be open , I left and booked into nearby hotel , I just could not stay there
