Convenient location for my meeting. Friendly staff and a nice stay overall.

Good clean with good friendly customer service. Car Parking in a nearby multi-storey car park, but this was charged for. Could be difficult to access in snow as there is a steep ramp to the car park. Hotel in pedestrianised area of town so good for facilities, but not so good if you're just using the hotel to stop off on a long journey. It was difficult to find. Our 3-person room was very good value for 3 people, but the windows were high up and the room felt a bit like a prison cell. But it was clean. There are night clubs in the surrounding area. Overall, if I wanted to visit Heerlen in a good clean hotel with good customer service, and close to all facilities, and at a budget price, I would definitely stay here again. But if I wanted a hotel to break a long journey I would choose somewhere out of town with adjacent parking.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was here on business and I was only a ten minute ride from my business site. The location was just great. I really enjoyed the convenience of being able to park my car and walk to some local hang outs to participate in the night fun.

The staff was very nice...but the room was not at all what expected. It had an austere look about it. The bathroom was nice, but the main/bedroom just looked like a room at a halfway house. The price was more than I would have payed had I known the quality of the room...and breakfast was not included :(

Our week in Heerlen would not have been as enjoyable had it not been for our stay in the Tulip Inn. I do not speak any Dutch, but all the front desk attendants spoke beautiful English and were always willing to help us out. They were so kind and helpful. The location was also great, right next to downtown. Plus, there was a good Irish Pub next door filled with friendly locals. The only downside was the rooms were a little small (but really, they provided everything you needed) and parking was sometimes not the easiest. All the parking had to be paid for, but luckily there are a couple parking garages nearby.

Having booked the hotel in January , none of our listed requirements were met.No double bed at the back of the hotel. Instead on the first night we were given a pokey room with 2 single beds.The room was that tight the you couldn't seperate the beds (Room 203).We were advised that the hotel was full & nothing could be done.The shower had black mould on 2 of the sides,really offputting.It had 2 shower doors forming 2 of the 3 sides.One of the doors was not tight fitting & we had to use a towel to keep that side of the floor on the outside of the shower dry.The phone for the room sat on the red plastic chair which was up against the wardrobe meaning you couldn't open it.A desk was available but you could only sit sideways as there was not enough room between the desk & the beds to sit directly facing the desk. The staff did move us to another room on our 2nd & last night which was a lot better.

The hotel is functional. The staff were cheerful, very nice and helpful. The breakfast in the adjoining Irish Pub was overpriced and not suitable for our needs. Perhaps this was more cultural than anything else. We prefer cooked breakfasts etc.

The location was great. We were given a free upgrade and the staff were friendly and helpful. The surrounding neighborhood has many restaurants and bars to enjoy. I had to mark the hotel down for the quality of cleaning since there were two socks in my room. Other than that, the hotel is a gem and I'll stay there again when in Heerlen.

Upon first arrival staff we're friendly and helpful, able to speak good English in assisting with questions I may have had. The hotel is pleasant and clean with good facilities. The train station is a 2 minute walk away from the hotel and so is the bus station, local supermarket a 5 minute walk away. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would look to stay here again if I go back to the same area.

Teh hotel looks goog from outside and also from inside. The crew hotel is very nice and helps whereever they can. The problem is the hotel, is newly renovated but still I miss a little bit of color, you see only white and black or brown. I changed room cause the first Room, the bath was having problems. It wa for 3 Persons. The second was a very big double room with terrace. The terrace was not clean, lots of cigarettes and a Baby Diper were found and the "Waschbecken" was spoiled and looked dirty although marmor. 1 Day we did not have hot water in the morning. We wanted to breakfast, but costs 10Eur and happens in the "keller Bar" which was still dirty from the night before (you can still see the Smoke Clouds). And our second room had no TV Remote Control. They sort of said at the Loby "ja, very strange, all rooms have control remotes is not possible to miss one" ....ja, right. I have a visit card of the manager. He has my email but till now has not send any message yet... and he knew I wa having some complications since day 1 (Stayed 3 Days)
