Centrally located for town. Stark interior, no lounge therefor nowhere to have a coffee in comfort Pub next to hotel ok for a drink Single room clean but extrenely claustrophobis with badly placed wardrobe-had to walk sideways. Would not go there again or recommend.

We were a family of 3 who recently stayed for 3 nights. We were really pleased with everything about the hotel and considered it to be good value for money.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful, the only thing is a double bed is 2 singles pushed together so if your okay with that then it's okay.

I could not say a lot from the hotel, because I could not waste my time so far from the must-see sights, I takes a 10 minutes of fast walking to get to the nearest metro station, Amsterdam is very often reining, so by the time you get into the metro you are soaked. So you should add the taxi fare, which is expensive to get into the center, and coming back, if you plan to go out durng nught time.

Very nice, cozy hotel in the very center of a cute Heerlen. The room was very clean and convenient. We found the blurred glass walls between the bathroom and the room to be a bit weird, but it was ok. The staff - everyone, whom we met - was very friendly and ready to help. The hotel does not have private parking, but you can buy for 8.5 EUR hotel's 24 hours exist ticket for a next door parking slot. Which saves you a lot of money when you leave your car in the garage for a night. Definitely good value for money if you are travelling to a nearby area.

A group stayed here last weekend for the Belgian Grand Prix. The room was basic but clean, and from what we could tell, at the rear overlooking a courtyard, so hopefully peaceful. Having had a long drive on the Friday we crashed relatively early. Our slumbers were shattered at about 3in the morning when the whole town below (or so it sounded like), chimed into a full blown karaoke Bohemian Rhapsody. This lasted for for a good half hour. We should have realised that the Irish pub on the ground floor was a part of the hotel, and found out what Craic was in store that night. All led to a rather tired group Saturday.

no air condition and the hotel did not have enough fans to give one to each room so it was HOT. did not eat breakfast there since others stated it was "weird" and went to a cute bagel shop around the corner...park in the parking garage and pay for it via the hotel for a discount; we parked in the metered parking lot but found out that paying there was only for an hour at a time so we had to go 3 times by the time we checked out and another 1.50 would have paid the fee for the garage...

Good location; shops and eateries with in 500 meter range. I stayed at a small single room - does it work and it is good for a sleep.

Before I checked in I asked where to park, as the hotel has a parking arrangement with the nearby multi-story car park. After parking there and checking in, I was told I shouldn't have used my credit card on entering the car park as then the hotel rates couldn't apply. Would have made sense to make that clear when I asked before parking. Or perhaps be ever so slight apologetic when I was forced to pay 50% than their advertised parking. Room was very small, but that bathroom was very sizeable. In fact, the sparsely furnished bathroom was at least as big as the main room. That night there was some kind of party in the hotel and despite the hotel putting us in a room as far away from the party as possible, the loud music prevented us from being able to open the window. Rather unfortunate, as the room had no temperature control and it was rather hot (in the room, not outside). So the choice was ours: awake because of the noise or the heat. All in all, we will never stay in this hotel again. It's not expensive, but you certainly get what you pay for.
