Reception opening hours: Sunday to Friday: 9:00-12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that breakfast costs EUR 5 for children from 3 to 10. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. Please note that bed linen and towels can be changed during your stay at an extra fee of EUR 9 per person. Please note that end-of-stay cleaning (for stays of 7 nights or more) is the guest's responsibility. A fee will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean upon departure. A "Final cleaning except kitchenette" option can be booked at reception or in advance via the reservations department. Contact the residence directly or the reservations department for pricing. The residence accepts pets, with a maximum of two per accommodation unit, at a rate of €10 per night or €59 per week. A deposit may be required at the property.

Le parking et la fraîcheur dans l'appartement

Nous avions un couple avec 2 chiens qui aboyaiient zt se battaient le matin des 7h30 et le soir a 20h.... Par principe si on voyage avec des animaux ils doivent être éduqué et sociable pour respecter le voisinage car mur fon.

"Résidence pratique"

La proximité du parc et du centre ville. Tout a pied.

Infestation de mouches dans le logement. Aboiements des chiens des clients tous les matins à 06h du matin. Très lourd. Isolation phonique pas terrible. Parking non sécurisé.

The lady on the desk was exceptional, she spoke both fluent French and English and did everything she could to help us. She recommended us an excellent restaurant, gave us a steamer to iron our clothes for the wedding we were attending and ordered us taxis.

Everything was completely excellent, the only things I didnt like were the pillows.

C'est la troisième que nous réservons au Clos des Vignes. L'emplacement est très bien, piscine, Les matelas sont confortables, maisonnette très propre. Juste derrière il y a un plan d'eau avec une guinguette très agréable.

"Déception : Séjour à oublier"

le calme du site à cette période là, peu de vacanciers ! Personne à l'accueil très agréable Confort du matelas, salle de bain très correcte Ménage fait dans l'appartement avant notre arrivée

Comment puis-je dire : Site vétuste qui a du avoir son heure de gloire mais plus maintenant, je ne peux pas juger la piscine, nous n'y sommes pas allés, Meubles très anciens, appareils ménagers idem Ménage dans les couloirs et l'ascenseur pas fait régulièrement Pas de parking gardé, parking de l'autre côté d'une route ! Aucun service supplémentaire genre gel douche, savon, produits d'entretien pour le ménage, rien n'est offert, rien n'est gratuit même le WIFI Bref, nous avons l'habitude de réserver et nous sommes toujours très satisfaits mais là nous allons vite oublier ce site ! Dommage et en plus il faisait froid et il pleuvait, rien pour rendre le séjour agréable Mais la ce n'est pas la faute de Lagrange !!
